I'm a passionate entrepreneur driven by a desire to create social impact and redefine the social sector. Throughout my career, I've focused on building and scaling companies that develop self-sustaining models for systemic change.
At Savi, I lead the development team, working to expand our reach and help more individuals. A staggering 40% of borrowers struggle to afford their debt payments, a situation with far-reaching consequences. I'm proud to be part of a team that empowers these individuals to save an average of over $2,000 annually.
Prior to joining Savi, I spent 6 years at Marcum Social Capital Advisors, where I guided social companies in developing and implementing impactful growth strategies.
As the founder of several successful startups, including DSY, LLC and Zombie Coffee & Donuts, I possess a deep understanding of securing funding and attracting investors. I established Zombie Coffee & Donuts as a social enterprise with a mission to create positive change. Through its unique giving-back program, Zombie empowers local nonprofits to fundraise, having supported over 100 organizations to date.
I'm a proud alumnus of the University of Georgia, where I frequently return to lecture and mentor students within the Society of Entrepreneurs. I've been featured in numerous articles on social entrepreneurship and the importance of giving back, and I serve on several nonprofit boards.

My work centers on driving product innovation, improving platform performance, and developing solutions that expand Savi’s impact across its nationwide network of partners.
By aligning technology with real borrower needs, I help ensure that Savi delivers clear guidance, smarter repayment pathways, and meaningful financial relief to individuals facing student-loan challenges.
Tony Raffa works with Marcum Social Capital Advisors to help fill the gap between impact investors and social entrepreneurs. He invest in and coaches entrepreneurs. He has also designed an algorithm for helping find investments that are both smart and socially impactfull.
